More Conference Tournament

Betting on odds for conference tournaments at this time of year is never easy, but it is always fun. There are so many conference tournaments to bet on and this is what makes sports entertaining for the viewer so they can get interested in it.

With some of them already concluding and some of them just beginning, this is going to shape out into a bracket. The March Madness Betting Odds change daily and so do the conference tournament odds. What are some of the odds for some more of these conference tournaments?

PAC-12

To no surprise, the Arizona Wildcats are the favorites to win the PAC-12 conference tournament at -125. Arizona is a lock to be one of the number one seeds in the NCAA Tournament. They finished with a 28-3 overall record during the regular season and an 18-2 conference record.

This tournament should not affect their seeding in the NCAA Tournament at all. Even if the viewers bet Arizona to win this conference, there is really not much to gain from it because it is – odds compared to + odds.

The UCLA Bruins are +125 odds to win the PAC-12 tournament. UCLA is a talented squad and they are projected to be the fourth seed for now. If they win the conference tournament, maybe they would then move up to a number three seed.

There is a ton of talent on this basketball team and they are capable of winning the PAC-12 Tournament. Even though the plus odds are low, it is still a better bet for UCLA to win money than Arizona is, however. The UCLA Bruins finished with a 23-6 overall record and a 15-5 conference record, which was good enough for the second seed in the PAC-12.

The USC Trojans are currently the number three seed in the PAC-12 tournament. They finished with a 25-6 overall record and a 14-6 conference record. USC’s odds to win the PAC-12 tournament are +1000. This is also a very talented team and they would be worth the risk to bet on.

It is very interesting that Vegas thinks that USC isn’t in the same class as UCLA or Arizona. The Trojans will probably be a lower seed in the NCAA Tournament. It is surprising about those odds and a $100 bet on them would win someone a lot of money if they won the PAC-12 Tournament.

The Oregon Ducks are +2200 odds to win the PAC-12 Tournament. Oregon is currently a bubble team and they would be on the outside looking in if they don’t win this conference tournament. The Ducks finished with an 18-13 record and an 11-9 conference record. They are the fifth seed in the PAC-12 Tournament.

Oregon needs to win this conference tournament. They always make noise in March.

Other odds: Washington State Cougars +3300 odds (18-13 overall record and a 11-9 conference record) and Colorado Buffaloes +4000 odds (20-10 overall record and a 12-8 conference record).

Conference-USA

This conference is most likely going to have one team represent them in the NCAA Tournament. UAB is the slight favorite to win the conference tournament at +165. They finished with a 24-7 record during the regular season and a 14-4 conference record. If they get into the NCAA Tournament, they would either be a 14th, 15th, or 16th seed.

North Texas is the second favorite to win this conference at +175. They finished with a 23-5 overall record during the regular season and a 16-2 conference record. If they get into the NCAA Tournament, they would either be a 14th, 15th, or 16th seed.

The odds massively drop after that. Louisiana Tech is the third favorite to win this conference at +800. They finished with a 21-9 overall record and a 12-6 conference record.

Western Kentucky and Middle Tennessee have the same odds at +1000. Western Kentucky finished with a 19-12 overall record and an 11-7 conference record. Middle Tennessee finished with a 22-9 overall record and a 13-5 conference record.
